 ADOPTING A FURRY KID |
Furry Kids works with local shelters and rescue
groups, bringing our rescued dogs and cats into our foster homes and caring for them until we find the perfect forever home for each. We have many pets for adoption which we
rotate bringing to our adoption events. You can
view our calendar of events for a current schedule. Furry Kids offers a two week trial adoption period during which time if it does not work out with your adoptee, your adoption fee is returned to you. If at any time after that period you decide it is not working out with your adoptee, the animal is always returned to us. We are here for continued support after adoption to answer questions, give advice and help in any way we can. 
Adoption Application Process

Adoption Fees:
All our rescue pets are spayed or neutered,
vaccinated and on heartworm preventative.
Cats have been feline leukemia/FIV tested and dogs are heartworm tested. Any and all other medical treatment is provided for each animal in our care.
In addition, each companion animals is microchipped with a 24PetWatch Microchip. Registration is easy and at no cost to you.
Dogs and Puppies start at $105.00
Cats and Kittens start at $85.00
(Adoption fees do vary for exotics and rare breeds and if the dog or cat has
had special medical treatments)
 Adoption fees may vary depending on what we have done for the animal. Furry Kids provides any and all needed medical care for all our animals - everything from dental cleanings to heartworm treatments to major surgeries, and we average spending more than what our adoption fees cover. Last year, Furry Kids spent over $44,400 on veterinary expenses alone.
Donations in addition to an adoption fee are always greatly appreciated and tax deductible as allowed by law!
